Some sessions are beautifully unpredictable—and that’s exactly what makes them so special.
This winter evening was filled with little muddy boots, cosy knits, endless energy, and two adventurous boys who had much more important things to do than stand still. We searched for trolls under the bridge, climbed tree branches, chased bubbles through the lush green grass, shared plenty of tickles, and ran wherever little legs wanted to take us.
These are the moments I love most.
Not the perfectly posed smiles, but the laughter that bubbles up unexpectedly, the curious questions, the hands reaching for Mum and Dad, and the freedom children feel when they’re simply allowed to be themselves.
Winter in Perth has a magic of its own. The rich green landscapes, the golden sunset light, and the chance to snuggle into warm knits create the perfect backdrop for photographs that feel both timeless and full of life.
